    Why do you use Ecrater.com to sell your products instead of just using a shopping cart on your own website?

    Great question, the answer is three-fold.

    1. Due to Ecraters lower overhead we are able to manufacturer and sell our products in the USA
    2. Ecrater allows us to contain costs and then pass the saving on to the customer
    3. Ecrater has a high level of security built-in to their software, this allows us to focus on customer satisfaction and business tasks

    We use lavabit.com email for the advanced security features they offer and to reduce our bandwidth, which allows us to control costs and pass those savings on to our customers.

     

    How quickly will you reply if we email you?

    We make every effort to ship within 24 hours or next business day defined as Monday-Friday.

    Do you combine shipping?

    Yes, we will make every effort to lower your shipping costs and will combine shipping whenever we are able. We ship using USPS flat rate.

     

    How quickly do you ship?

    We make every effort to ship within 48 hours or next business day defined as Monday-Friday.

 

    Do you pay return shipping?

     No, we do not pay return shipping on general returns.

 

    Are original shipping fees refundable?

     No, original shipping fees are not refundable.

    Can I return items?

    Any unopened item in new and ready-to-sell as new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

     

    Should I contact you before returning an item?

    Always contact us before sending an item back for return. When contacting us be sure to indicate why you want to return the item. This allows us to anticipate the return and know why you are returning the product.

      

    How do you supply a refund?

    When your returned item has arrived for our review per the terms above, we will issue a refund using a credit of your original method of payment. If / when this is not possible we will send you a cashiers check.

     

Cancellations - Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, try canceling through Google Checkout.

    If this does not work we recommend you let the order process through and then email us ASAP indicating you want to cancel the order. If the order has not shipped we will cancel the order and refund your money.
    If the order has shipped, return your order using the terms above.
